Established in 1994, Shaw Thing Management is a boutique management company representing talent across the Entertainment Industry, specialising in Music.

Its founder Hillary Shaw holds decades’ worth of extensive experience within the music industry, having worked in Marketing & Promotions, TV Promotions, Publishing and Artist Development, before becoming a Manager.

With a music career that traces back to the 80s, Hillary has managed worldwide-successful acts such as Bananarama, Dannii Minogue, Girls Aloud, Joy Crookes, and Ben Forster; alongside various others thriving acts.

With an excellent understanding of how to take an act from the initial stages of development on to achieve chart status worldwide, Hillary decided to pivot by taking on the challenge of expanding to other forms of music, such as Musical Theatre. As such, at Shaw Thing Management, we are proud to represent an incredible range of talent, from up-and-coming to high-profile artists, in various fields of the entertainment industry.
